Fall One Room Challenge 2018

This guest bedroom and bathroom refresh transforms a challenging space into a richly layered retreat. The bedroom was color-drenched in a deep blue hue to visually unify uneven window placements, curved ceiling lines, and the room’s compact scale. Natural woven shades add warmth and contrast, while the bedcover—crafted from a textile by a Moroccan weaver—introduces texture and global character. In the bathroom, new wallpaper and a ceiling light complement the existing Carrara marble countertops and flooring, creating a fresh, cohesive update.
